Angelina M. Patiño, age 71, of San Antonio passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2013. She grew up picking tomatoes as a child. Angelina later went to work for Joske's and worked her way up to Personnel Manager. She and other coworkers lovingly referred to the downtown store as St. Joske's since it was built around St. Joseph's Church. She was a member of the Joske's Quarter Century Club, volunteered for St. Vincent de Paul Society as well as the Blue Birds at Methodist Hospital making quilts for premature babies. Angelina was preceded in death by her husband, Juan B. Patiño. She is survived by her son, John A. Patiño, daughter in law Martha E. Patiño, and son Daniel J. Patiño. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 11, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Porter Loring on McCullough. ROSARY MONDAY NOVEMBER 11, 2013 7:00 P.M.
