Anita (Wunderlich) Grell Zitelman, age 100 years and one month, of Hondo passed away Thursday, Sept. 13, 2007, in San Antonio. She was born Aug. 13, 1907, at Wied, Texas, to Otto Henry and Anna Sophie (Pietsch) Wunderlich. She was a homemaker. She is preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Anton Grell and Leslie Zitelman; brothers, Alfred, Otto and Hilmer Wunderlich; and sisters, Olga Anna Reus, Norma Beyer and Lydia Bohmfalk. She is survived by her sister, Leona Honig, and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 17, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, with Rev. David Mayer officiating. Interment was at Hondo Cemetery, Oakwood Section.
