Anna Wojciuk-Prusak born on August 21, 1922, in a small village called Jablon located in Eastern Poland, peacefully went to be with the Our Lord on Monday, May 21, 2007. Anna graduated from Medical School in Warsaw, Poland, specializing in Psychiatry and Internal Medicine and spent 40 years of her life providing medical care in Warsaw, Poland. After she retired, she moved to the United States to be with her immediate family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Teodor and Justina, brother Jan, sister-in-law, Jozefa and her husband, Stanislaw. Anna is survived by her daughter, Olga Grazyna, son-in-law Frank and two grandsons, Nathan and Zack. The Funeral Service will be held at the Guinn-Horger Funeral Home on Saturday, May, 26, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. and, subsequently, her remains will be transported to Warsaw, Poland and laid to rest in Brodno Cemetery.
