Auda Vee McCrea, age 73, two months, and 21 days, of Yancey, passed away April 1, 2004, in San Antonio. Auda Vee was born on January 11, 1931, in San Antonio, TX, to Daniel M. & Winnie Beatrice (Worley) McCrea. Auda Vee was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife: Jeanette (Daniels) McCrea; daughters: Ris Andre Cady-McCrea and husband Mark of Skaneateles, NY, Letitia Rose McCrea and husband Kevin Rook of Denver, CO; grandchildren: Clarke Iain Cady-McCrea, Camille Ione Cady-McCrea. The Funeral Service is scheduled for 3:00 pm on Sunday, April 4, at the Yancey United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the Yancey Cemetery, Seventh-day Adventist Section.
