Beatrice Frances (Finger) Grimsinger, age 92, passed away April 1, 2009. She was born in D'Hanis Jan. 29, 1917, the daughter of Frank and Linda (Nagel) Finger. After her marriage to Thomas J. Grimsinger, she was a homemaker and lived on a ranch outside of D'Hanis most of her life. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and sister, Jo Nell Fitzsimon. Survivors are her daughter, Linda Keilman and husband Peter of Hondo; grandson, Harley Wolff of Austin; granddaughter, Mylinda Swierc and husband David of New Braunfels; great-grandchildren, Paige Wolff, Paden Wolff and Alec Swierc; and sisters, Mary Linda Caldwell of Stillwater, OK, and Frances "Frankie" Haby and husband Gilbert of Castroville. Rosary, followed by the Funeral Mass, was Saturday, April 4, 10 a.m., at Holy Cross Catholic Church, with Fr. Wallis J. Stiles officiating. Pallbearers were Harley Wolff, Paden Wolff, David Swierc, Alec Swierc, Dallas Keilman, and Garland Keilman. Interment was at Holy Cross Cemetery, D'Hanis.
