Billy Norfleet Bizzell of Hondo, Texas, passed away January 1, 2004, in Hondo, at the age of 73. He was born in Kensett, AR on May 8, 1930. He is preceded in death by his parents: Joseph Cecil & Johnnie (Bradshaw) Bizzell; sisters: Mona Baskin and Mary Jo Dimmitt; brother: Bradshaw Bizzell. He is survived by his wife: Elva Rose (Sanders) Bizzell; daughters: Angelique Rodriguez and husband Richard of Hondo, Cecilia Calvery and husband David of Hondo; son: Michael Bizzell and wife Karen of Bracketville; four grandchildren, three great grandchildren; sister: Katherine Ambler of Uvalde. Billy served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was retired from being project manager of the Ft. Clark Springs land development. A Memorial Service is scheduled for Saturday, January 10, 2004 at 10:00 am at Ft. Clark Springs in Brackettville, Texas.
