Blaine Richard Law, age 70, of Quihi, passed away January 29, 2004. He was born on September 19, 1933, in Springfiled, MO, to Blaine Westmorland & Minnie Ruth (Kemmling) Law. Richard was a retired telecommunications installer. He was preceded in death by his parents; son: Dale Earl Law; brother: Robert Law. He is survived by his wife: Peggy Jean (Massey) Law; daughters: Vera Jean Brown and husband Wesley of Lakehills, Joyce Marie McKay and husband Joe of Quihi; son: Richard Alan Law of San Antonio; six grandchildren, one great-grandchildren; brother: Howard Law and wife Carol of Springfield, MO; sister: E. Christine Potter and husband Jack of San Antonio; sister-in-law: Louise Law of Houston. The Vistation is scheduled for Sunday, February 1, from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at the Guinn-Horger Funeral Home in Hondo and the Funeral Service will be Monday, February 2, at 10:00 a.m., at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Quihi with burial following at the Quihi Cemetery. The casket bearers were: Charles "Sonny" Schulte, Henry Balzen, Curtis Saathoff, Joe McKay, Alan Law, Wesley Brown.
