Charles Mathias Rohrbach, Jr., 88, journeyed from his earthly home in San Antonio on Friday, Sept. 19, 2025.

Born Feb. 15, 1937 in Hondo, he was the son of Charles Mathias and Eunice Langfeld Rohrbach.

Charles proudly served in the U.S. Army for four years before beginning his career as a master woodworker. He and his lifelong friend and business partner Bob Beckham had a business restoring fine antiques in San Antonio for more than 50 years.

Charles enjoyed genealogy and studying and recording the history of Medina County and its early settlers.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his siblings, Jimmy, Elton, Janice Syring and Eunice Morkovsky; and grandparents, Henry and Helena Koch Rohrbach and Joe and Lina Garteiser Langfeld.

He is survived by 17 nieces and nephews.

Private interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in D'Hanis, Texas.
