Constance Eloise "Connie" Schweers Leazenby of Belton, 80, passed away Monday, May 10, 2019. Born in Hondo April 4, 1939, she was the daughter of Marvin Frank and Luella Mae Wiemers Schweers, who preceded her in death. Survivors include her husband, Jim Leazenby; children, Kim Russell, Jim Leazenby and Jon Leazenby; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and sisters, Monette O'Day and Roxene Brewer. Visitation will be Sunday, May 12, from 2 to 4 p.m., at Guinn-Horger Funeral Home Chapel in Hondo. Funeral service will be held Monday, May 13, 2:30 p.m., at New Fountain United Methodist Church, 2980 FM 2676, Hondo TX 78861, followed by interment at Hondo Cemetery.
