Cornelia Margaret "Connie" Koch of D'Hanis, Texas, passed away November 2, 2003, in Hondo, Texas, at the age of 94. Connie was the first female County Clerk in Medina County. She retired after 32 years with the county. She is preceded in death by her parents: Joseph Valentine & Emilie (Rothe) Koch; brother: Hilmer Joseph & Martha G. Koch; sister: Dorothy Marie & Martin Zinsmeyer. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews. The Rosary will be, Thursday, November 6, 2003 at 7:00 pm and the Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am Friday November 7, both services at Holy Cross Catholic Church in D'Hanis. Burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery in D'Hanis. Arrangements are by the Guinn-Horger Funeral Home
