Daniel Elliott Johnson of Hondo passed away Friday, Aug.12, 2016, in a local nursing home. He was 86. Born April 15, 1930, in Hoboken GA, he retired after serving in the U. S. Navy and then worked as a security guard. A private service with military honors is planned at a later date.
