Dolores Mae (Dimeco) Giordano, age 74, of Hondo passed away Sunday, Mar. 24, 2013. Born March 23, 1939, in New Castle, PA, she was the daughter of Domenick and Julia Rose (Carbone) Dimeco. She and Anthony Sebastian Giordano were married in 1960 and she became a loving wife, mother and homemaker. The family came to Hondo with Universal Rundle in 1984. She is preceded in death by her parents and her son, Anthony Sebastian Jr. Survivors include her husband of 53 years; daughter, Maria Hardt and husband Tony of San Antonio; four grandchildren, three great-grandchilden; and her sister, Mary Ann Demos and husband Chris of New Castle, PA. Rosary will be recited at 10 a.m., Monday, Apr. 1, followed by Funeral Mass at 11 a.m., at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Interment will be at Hondo Cemetery, Oakwood Section.
