Dora Mae Gathright, age 93, passed away Sunday, September 6, 2015 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born on December 28, 1921 in Yancey, Texas to Willie and Anna Faseler. Dora is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Ellis Gathright, Sr., four sisters and one brother. Survivors include her sons, Jim Gathright and wife, Pat, and Robert Earl Gathright and wife, Vivian; grandchildren, Michael Gathright, Stacie Sustaita and husband, Xavier, Scott Gathright and wife, Devra, and Amy Nebeux; and great-grandchildren, Ireland Gatheright, Connor Gathright, Clare Gathright, Madison Nebeux and Morgan Nebeux. Visitation will take place at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 12, 2015 at Yancey United Methodist Church in Yancey, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 12, 2015 at Yancey United Methodist Church with Rev. Larry Scharmann officiating. Burial will follow at the Yancey City Cemetery, in Yancey, Texas.
