Doris Lou Lindeburg Saathoff of Hondo went to be with her Lord Friday, Jan. 8, 2021. She was 84.

Born in Hondo, April 15, 1936, she was the daughter of Henry Emil and Ida Theresa Saathoff Lindeburg.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Calvin Lindeburg.

Survivors include her husband, Floyd Saathoff; daughter, Robin (Ken) Weynand of Hondo; sons, Keith (Cheryl) Saathoff of Houston and Scott (Stacy) Saathoff of Hondo; grandmother of five, great-grandmother of four; sister of Mildred Hancock of Hondo and Dale Lindeburg of Mexico.

Visitation at 9:00 a.m. will be prior to the funeral service at New Fountain United Methodist Church on Tuesday, Jan. 12 at 10:00 a.m., followed by interment at Hondo Cemetery, Oakwood Section. Friends are invited to attend the graveside service at approximately 11:00 a.m., if they prefer.

The family suggests memorials may be made to New Fountain United Methodist Church.
