Earl Truman Berry, Age 89 years, 10 month, and 18 days, of Yancey, Texas, died on Thursday, September 9, 2004. He was born in Yancey, Texas on October 22, 1914, the son of Nealy Fletcher & Martha Elizabeth (Moss) Berry. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Ellen (Wilson) Berry; brothers John H. Berry, Nealy O'thello Berry, Emmett Fletcher Berry, Coy Berry, Marvin Berry, Clifton Berry; sisters: Artie Mae Ward, Ida Duncan, Ora Thompson. Earl is survived by his son Don Berry and wife Bernadette of Yancey; daughters Judy Johnson and husband Clyde of Yancey, Betty Stacy and husband Gary of Pearsall; 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren; sister Martha Baines of Yancey. The Graveside Service will be at 10:00 am Saturday September 11, at the Yancey Cemetery.
