Elrine Hattie Stolte Schuehle, age 91, of Hondo passed away Friday, Dec. 5, 2008. She was born April 5, 1917, in Marion, the daughter of Robert and Lina (Wieters) Stolte. She was a tool supply clerk for many years with Gary Aircraft in Hondo. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Hobby Christian Schuehle; son, Terry Wayne, and an infant daughter; brother, Milton Stolte and wife Ollie; sister, Thelka Wurzbach and husband Arthur; and brother-in-law, Erich Menger. Elrine is survived by her daughter, Cindy Bader and husband Robert of Hondo; grandchildren, Amye Laughlin and husband Alan of Buda, Garrett Bader of Hondo, Cole Bader of San Marcos, and Brooke Bader of Austin; and twin sister, Lorine Menger of San Antonio. Visitation will be Monday, Dec. 8, 5 to 7 p.m. at the Guinn-Horger Chapel. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 9, at St. Paul Lutheran Church. Interment will be at Quihi Cemetery.
