Elsa Martinez of Hondo, Texas, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 15, 2007, at the age of 56. She was born in Hondo, Texas, January 28, 1951, the daughter of Benselado & Rosa (Garza) Martinez. She is preceded in death by her parents; brother-in-law Rodolfo "Rudy" Silva. Elsa is survived by her sister, Estella Silva of Hondo; brothers, Pedro Martinez and wife Susana of D'Hanis, Jesus Martinez and wife Janet of Temecula, CA The Funeral Service, will be at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday April 17, at the Guinn-Horger Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Hondo Cemetery, Guadalupe Section.
