Enrique Gonzales of D'Hanis, 67, passed away Monday, Jan. 15, 2018. Born Aug. 13, 1950, in Sabinal, he was the son of Luis and Eloisa Reyes Gonzales. A bricklayer by trade, Enrique was a hardworking man who loved his family. He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Maria Sylvia Gonzales Gonzales. He is survived by sons, Jose E. (Cristella) Gonzales of D'Hanis, George (Jessica) Gonzales of Sabinal, Marco A. (Celinda) Gonzales of Hondo and Juan Gabriel Gonzales of D'Hanis; daughter, Marisa Gonzales of Hondo; 16 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; brother, Emilio Gonzales of D'Hanis; and sisters, Annie (Ramon) Martinez of Eagle Pass, Elida (Joe) Sanchez of Wisconsin, Elisa Gonzales of Uvalde and Emelia (Robert) Robles of San Antonio. Visitation will beThursday, Jan. 18, from 6 to 8 p.m., at Guinn-Horger Funeral Home Chapel, Hondo, with Rosary recited at 7 p.m. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Friday, Jan. 19, at Holy Cross Catholic Church. Interment will follow at San Francisco Cemetery, D'Hanis.
