Ernesto Reyes Morin, age 73, of Hondo passed away Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013. Born July 26, 1939, in Sand Beach, MI, he was the son of Miguel and Elena (Reyes) Morin. Ernesto was a test track driver for more than 20 years and also was a custodian at McDowell Middle School. He is preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Eva Ramirez. He is survived by his wife, Gloria (Flores) Morin; children, Lionel Morin, Rogelio Morin, Raquel Morin, Matthew Morin, David Morin and wife Ysenia, Dion Morin and wife Carmen Brenda, all of Hondo; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild; brothers, Ramiro Morin and wife Elida and Miguel Morin and wife Olivia, all of Hondo; and sister, Yolanda Espinosa of Natalia. Visitation will be Tuesday, Feb. 12, 6 to 8 p.m., at the Guinn-Horger Chapel. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 13, at Guinn-Horger Chapel. Interment will be at Hondo Cemetery, Oakwood Section. Bearers are David Morin, Lionel Morin, Matthew Morin, Kenneth Hernandez, John A. Contreras Jr. and John A. Contreras Sr.
