Esmeralda Guerra Rodriguez of San Antonio went to be with the Lord on Friday, Dec. 10, 2021, at the age of 60.

Born in O'Donnell TX, Sept. 26, 1961, she was the daughter of Francisco O. and Maria Moncada Guerra.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Toby Guerra and Francisco Guerra, Jr.

Survivors include her husband, Jose Rodriguez; daughters, Lesley Sandoval and Casey Sandoval, both of New Braunfels; sons, Louis Sandoval, Jr. of Fredericksburg and Charles Guerra of Pearsall; eight grandchildren; sister, Sandy Cordova (Perfecto) of Kerrville; and brothers, Greg Guerra (Priscilla), Alvin Guerra (Lorraine) and Julian Guerra (Melissa), all of Hondo.

Visitation will be Monday Dec. 13, 6 to 8 p.m., at Guinn-Horger Funeral Home Chapel, with Rosary recited a 7 p.m.

Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, Dec. 14, 10 a.m., at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, followed by interment at Yancey Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be her nephews, Gregory Guerra, Tristan Guerra, Fabian Cordova, David Cordova, Thiago Cordova and Dallas Lopez.
