Frances Josephine (Snyder) Brandon, age 90, of Hondo passed away Monday, Mar. 16, 2009. She was born Oct. 18, 1918, in Hope, AR, the daughter of Kline and Reva (Garrett) Snyder. Frances was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, George S. Brandon. She is survived by her daughter, Betsy Smith and husband Cleo of Littlefield; son, George R. Brandon and wife Terri of Hondo; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Graveside funeral service will be at Rosehill Cemetery, Hope, AR. The family of Frances wishes to thank Dr. John Meyer, all the residents, family members of residents and the staff of Hondo Healthcare and Rehab for having been such good friends to our much beloved "greeter at the door." The family requests that any memorial donations be made to the Hondo Healthcare and Rehab activities fund.
