Harlan R. Wolff, Age 67 years, 3 months, and 20 days, of Hondo, Texas, died on Thursday, October 7, 2004. He was born in Hondo, Texas on June 17, 1937, the son of Raymond Frank & Mary Katherine (Lutz) Wolff. Harlan was a Land Surveyor and a member of the the D'Hanis Lions Club He was preceded in death by his parents; brother-in-law Earl Marquart. Harlan is survived by his son Harley Wolff of Austin; daughter Mylinda Swierc and husband David of New Braunfels; three grandchildren, brother Raymond A. Wolff and wife Dorothy of D'Hanis; sister Adalene Marquart of San Antonio, Norma Rothe and husband Robert of D'Hanis. The Rosary will be at 2:00 pm followed by the Funeral Mass at the Holy Cross Catholic Church in D'Hanis. The pallbearers were: John E. Rothe, Roland Marqart, Robert J. Rothe, Greg Wolff, Brad Wolff, Ronnie Rothe. Honorary pallbearer was Philip Maxwell. The burial will follow at the Holy Cross Cemetery, NE Annex, in D'Hanis.
