Helen Ethel Richter of Hondo, Texas, passed away November 10, 2003, at the age of 90. She was born in Philadelphia, PA on May 11, 1913. Helen retired from Hondo High School where she was a English Teacher. She is preceded in death by her parents: Francies Carl & Ether (Fuller) Richter, II; brother: Francis Carl Richter, III. She is survived by her nephew: Francis Carl Richter, IV and partner Margaret Grace Roper of Austin, Texas. The Memorial Service is scheduled for January 17, 2004 at the First United Methodist Church of Hondo at 2:00 pm.
