Henry Barron, age 59, of Hondo passed away on Monday, May 19, 2014. Born Sept. 20, 1954, in Hondo, he was the son of Santos and Felicita (Valles) Barron, who preceded him in death, as did his brother, Roy Barron, and sister, RosaLinda Dimas. For some years, his was a familiar face as he rode his bicycle around Hondo. Survivors include: his wife, Senaida Barron of Hondo; brother, Santos V. Barron, Jr. of Orlando, FL; Sisters, Felicita Perez of Ft. Mead, FL, Twins: Angie Arvizo of Haines City, FL, and Adela Duncan of Elba, AL. Visitation will be Thursday, May 22, 4 to 6 p.m., at Guinn-Horger Chapel. Rosary at 1:30 p.m. Friday, May 23, will be followed by Funeral Mass at 2 p.m. at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Interment will be at Hondo Cemetery, Oakwood Section.
