Howard Hugo Huesser was born August 24, 1917 in Hondo. He passed away July 17, 2003 in Hondo, at the age of 85 years, 10 months, and 23 days. Howard was preceded in death by his parents: Eugene & Ella (Nester) Huesser; brother: Lloyd E. Huesser. He is survived by his wife: Eva M. (Earnest) Huesser of D'Hanis; son: John Haig Huesser of D'Hanis; brothers: Wesley Huesser of Hondo, James D. Huesser of D'Hanis; sister: Mary Kate Curry of Lubbock, Mildred Ussery of San Antonio. The Rosary Service will be at 7:00 pm Sunday July 20 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. The Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am Monday July 21, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Hondo Cemetery, St. John's Section Section.
