Ignacio G. Barrios, age 69, of Hondo passed away Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015. Born Feb. 1, 1946, in Hondo, he was the son of Ladislao L. and Elvira Guerrero Barrios, who preceded him in death, as did his brother-in-law, Juan Sanchez. Ignacio was a carpenter. He is survived by his sisters, Margarita Rodriguez (Domingo) Zamora of Levelland, Amelia Sanchez and Olga (Gerardo) Bernal, all of Hondo; brothers, Luis (Esperanza) Barrios of San Antonio, Alvino (Teresa) Barrios and Arturo (Tomasa) Barrios, all of Hondo; many nieces and nephews; former wife, Yolanda Y. Kleban of San Antonio; and former sister-in-law, Sylvia Klebahn of Hondo. Rosary will be recited at 9:45 a.m., Friday, Dec. 11, followed by Memorial Mass at 10 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Services will conclude at the church.
