Inocente Gonzales of D'Hanis passed away Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2019.  He was 86.

Born Dec. 28, 1933, in D'Hanis, he was the son of Abran and Paula Flores Gonzales.

A man with a big heart, he would help anyone who needed help. He enjoyed spending time with his family and liked to make flowers and butterflies out of wood.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Tomas, Nick, Santos and Henry Gonzales.

Inocente is survived by his wife, Isabel Medina Gonzales; daughter, Diana Gonzales; sons, Jose Gonzales and Jesse Gonzales, all of D'Hanis; grandchildren, Xavier Gonzales, Gilbert Suarez, Travis Reynolds, Blake Reynolds, Rachel (Tony) Moscorro and Precious Suarez; sisters, Susie (Pedro) Martinez and Antonia Perez; and brother, Eufanio Gonzales.

Rosary at 10 a.m., followed by Mass at 10:30 a.m., will be Friday, Jan. 3, at Holy Cross Catholic Church. Interment will be at Cortez Cemetery.
