Isabel Medina Gonzales of D'Hanis, age 86, passed away Tuesday, Mar. 26, 2024.

Born Nov. 19, 1937, she was the daughter of Martin C "Magiro" and Antonia Vega Medina.

Isabel was a cook and food server for 20 years at D'Hanis ISD.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Inocente Gonzales; an infant brother and sister; and son, Jose Narciso Gonzales, who died six days earlier.

Surviving are her daughter, Diana Gonzales; son, Jesse Gonzales; and grandchildren, Xavier Gonzales, Miguel Andres, Gilbert Suarez, Rachel Reynolds, Travis Reynolds, Blake Reynolds and Precious Gonzales.

A Rosary followed by Memorial Mass will be held for Isabel and Jose at 9:30 a.m., Saturday, April 13, 2024, at Holy Cross Catholic Church.
