Jacinto Sanchez, age 62, passed away on July 15, 2005 in San Antonio. He was born on August 17, 1942, in Hondo, Texas, the son of Dionicio & Refugia (Oranday) Sanchez. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers Pasquel Sanchez, Fermin Sanchez, Martin Sanchez; sisters Aurelia Sanchez, Maria Vangelina Sanchez. Jacinto is survived by his wife Elena (Correa) Sanchez; sons Jacinto Sanchez, Jr. of Hondo, Dionicio Sanchez and wife Angie of Hondo, Jerry Sanchez of Hondo, Michael Ray Sanchez and wife Beverly Garza of Hondo, Jimmy Paul Sanchez and wife Rachel of San Antonio, Sammy Sanchez of Hondo; 18 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren; brothers Ramon Sanchez of Chicago, IL, Jose O. Sanchez of Hondo, Jesus Sanchez of Hondo; sister Petra Garza of Hondo. The Prayer Service will be Tuesday July 19, at 7:00 p.m. and the Funeral Service, was at 10:00 am on Wednesday, July 20, both services at the Guinn-Horger Funeral Home in Hondo. The casket carriers were Jesus Luna, Jr., Bobby Padilla, Jonathan Luna, Danny Sanchez, Alex Sanchez, David Sanchez. The Burial followed at the Hondo Cemetery, Oakwood Section.
