Jack T. Ulbrich of Hondo, Texas, passed away December 19, 2003, in San Antonio, at the age of 85. He was born in Rural Hondo, Texas on April 16, 1918. He is preceded in death by his parents: Jack Ernest & Lula Dorothea (Buss) Ulbrich; brother-in-law: Paul Raish. He is survived by his wife: Mary Catherine (Hoog) Ulbrich; daughters: Rita Kissner and husband Leo of Houston, Becky Miller and husband Chuck of Medford, NJ; son: Pete Ulbrich and wife Patsy of Hondo; daughters: Patsy Melton and husband John of Hondo, Kathy Martin and husband Charles of Lufkin; grandchildren: Todd Kissner, Scott Miller, Rusty Ulbrich, Monte Miller, Jason Melton, Davy Ulbrich, Ryan Martin, Brent Martin, Michael Martin, Kristie Sullivan, Jennifer Trapp, Jill Melton; great grandchildren: Kelly Sullivan, Katherine Sullivan, Christiana Sullivan, Mary Grace Sullivan, Elissa Kissner, Chloe Kissner, Garrett Miller, Thomas Miller, Troy Miller, Allison Miller, Ashton Ulbrich, Luke Ulbrich, Madelaine Melton, Hunter Melton, Lauren Trapp; sisters: Bonnie Groff and husband Bud of Hondo, Shirley Tarrant and husband Edward of San Antonio; brother: Douglas Ulbrich and wife Connie of Hondo; sister: Laverne Raish of Dallas. The Funeral Service is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on Monday, December 22, 2003 at the Guinn-Horger Funeral Home in Hondo. Pallbearers were the grandchildren. Burial will follow in the Hondo Cemetery, Oakwood Section.
