Juanita (Lopez) Gonzales, age 87, passed away Friday, June 6, 2008, in Lubbock. She was born in Jourdanton, Jan. 26, 192. She was a homemaker and a member of the Voice of the Prophets Church of God. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bernalino and Antonia (Galindo) Lopez; husband, Francisco F. Gon-zales; and son, Juan Gonzales. She is survived by her children, Alma Apolinar of San Antonio, Francisco Gonzales Jr. of San Antonio, Elias of Pueblo CO, Olga Martinez of Lubbock, Ernesto Gonzales and wife Hermila of San Antonio and Adriana Polando of Lubbock; 47 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 10, at the Guinn-Horger Chapel. Interment was in Hondo Cemetery, Oakwood Section. Bearers were Francisco Gonzales Jr., Mark Anthony Martinez, Ramiro R. Reyna, Michael Gonzales, Jason Gonzales, and Manuel Trevino.
