Juanita "Janie" Puente Martinez of San Antonio, 49, left this life on Thursday, Jan. 25, 2018. Born in San Antonio, Nov. 20, 1967, she was the daughter of Gregory and Mariana Gonzales Puente. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesus Eduardo Martinez; sister, Ann Marie Casanova; and grandparents who helped raise her, Elias and Adella Gonzales. Survivors include her parents; sons, Jesse, Robert and Justin Martinez; daughters, April, Brandee and Kathy Alejandro; three grandchildren; and brothers, Greg (Lisa) Puente, Donald (Vicky) Puente and Ronald (Chastity) Puente . A memorial service will be held Sunday, Jan. 28, 5 p.m., at Guinn-Horger Chapel in Hondo.
