Kerry Jay Conrad Born in Houston Texas September 24th 1953 Went home on March 6th 2016 A funeral service was held on Saturday March 19th at 5 pm at the Guinn-Horger Chapel in Hondo, Texas. A Memorial Service will be held at The Woodlands United Methodist Church in the Robb Chapel at 11:00 a.m. on April 2nd, 2200 Lake Woodlands Drive, The Woodlands, Texas 77380 Conrad departed his earthly vessel and this life way to early at only the age of 62 in his daughters arms. Son of WH Conrad and Roberta Blair Conrad Preceded in Heaven by his parents and granddaughter Gracey. He is survived by his beloved daughter Jennifer Conrad and son in law Bradley and his 4 grandchildren, Maison, Evan, Laney and Riley and sadly his long lost sister. He stood 6'7" tall but was a gentle giant with a kind soul. He overcame four brain surgeries, car accidents, being shot in the stomach, kidney cancer and suffered from Wilson's disease his entire life. But finally it caught up with him and in the end he could not fight anymore. He is the best Daddy in the world and one of the most amazing people anyone has ever met. He took in the homeless, helped the drug riddled, hopeless, helpless people of this world and asked nothing in return. Now the world has lost one of the greatest men to ever live and one of the last true cowboys. You will be greatly missed.
