Kevin Christopher Rohrbach of D'Hanis, 47, passed away Sunday, April 30, 2017. Born Dec. 26, 1969, in Hondo, he was the son of Richard Allen "Rick" and Gail Ann Kollman Rohrbach. Kevin loved hunting, fishing, woodworking, working on cars and tractors, and scuba diving. He is preceded in death by his father and sister, Laurie Rohrbach. He is survived by his mother, Gail Rohrbach of D'Hanis; brother, Dr. Kenneth Michael Rohrbach of Castroville; uncles and aunts, Bob and Kay Heyen, Larry and Mary Griffin, all of Hondo, John Paul and Gayle Rohrbach of Castroville, Tim and Susan Kollman of Bryan, and Nancy Chivers of Spring Branch. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 3, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Guinn-Horger Chapel in Hondo. Rosary at 10 a.m., followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m., will be Thursday, May 4, at Holy Cross Catholic Church, D'Hanis. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery. The family suggests memorials may be made to the D'Hanis Lions Club Scholarship Fund.
