A Celebration of the Life of Lillian Burge Rush Muennink June 10, 1914~January 3, 2009 Lillian Burge Rush Muennink died peacefully on January 3, 2009. She lived a tremendous life, filled with ninety-four years of genuinely unique and amazing experiences. She traveled extensively, and made friends young and old throughout the world. She was known for her independence and quick wit, and will be remembered for her enduring passion for life. She is survived by her daughter, Jane Rush Martin and her husband Clair Martin III, her three grandchildren, Clementine, Paris, and Rush, her nieces Happy Hinman and Holly Breaux, her nephew Byron Burge, and their families. A service will be held at St. John's Church on Saturday, January 10th, at 11:00 am.The family suggest donations may be made to the Nature Conservancy (http://nature.org) and the World Wildlife Federation (http://www.worldwildlife.org).
