Luis B. Beltran, age 92, of D'Hanis passed away Sunday, Nov. 8, 2015. Born June 21, 1923, in Lockhart, he was the son of Victor and Matilda Balencia Beltran. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Josefa Quesada Beltran; brother, Benny Beltran; and sister, Helen Trujillo. He is survived by sons, Frank (Mariam) Beltran and Albert Beltran, all of San Jose CA, and Jose Beltran of McKinney; daughters, Tommie Muñoz of Morgan Hill CA, Juanita (Joseph) Piette of San Antonio, Julia Casteñeda of San Jose CA, and Dolores (Hector Sr.) Rios of Sabinal; 25 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; and brother, Jose Beltran of Lubbock. Rosary was held Thursday, November 12, 9:30 a.m., followed the Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church, followed by interment at San Francisco Cemetery, D'Hanis.
