Margaret Mary Ackermann of D'Hanis, Texas, passed away December 23, 2005, at the age of 93. She was born May 21, 1912, in D'Hanis, the daughter Joseph J. & Catherine (Bischler) Lutz. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Marion Ackermann; brothers Hubert Joseph Lutz, Raymond Lutz, Alphonse S. Lutz, Edward Lutz; sister Mary Ann Morgan. Margaret is survived by her brother Alfred Lutz; five nieces and nephews. The Rosary was at 9:45 a.m. Monday, December 26, at the Holy Cross Catholic Church followed by the Funeral Mass, officiated by Fr Wallis Stiles, at the Holy Cross Catholic Church. The pallbearers were Julius Schmidt, Henry Lutz, Thomas Lutz, Dennis J. Morgan, Donald Morgan, Galen Bohlen. Interment followed in Holy Cross Cemetery, D'Hanis.
