Margaret Mary Mariano of Hondo, Texas, passed away October 30, 2003, in Hondo, Texas, at the age of 89. She is preceded in death by her parents: Louis Ramanus & Mary Agatha (Jungman) Gross; son: Frances Louis Mariano; brother: Louis Ramanus Gross, Jr. . She is survived by her daughter: Rosemary Maples and husband Cam of Hondo; daughter-in-law: Debbie Mariano of CT; five grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. There was visitation at the Guinn-Horger Funeral Home, Sunday, November 2, 2003 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm. The Rosary will be at 10:00 am and the Funeral Mass will follow, Monday November 3, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Hondo. The pallbearers are: Royce Hitzfelder, John V. Parma, Roger Verstuyft, Steven Burg, Rodney Hitzfelder, Bernard Echtle. Entombment will follow in Hondo Cemetery, St. John's Mausoleum. Arrangements are by the Guinn-Horger Funeral Home.
