Marilyn Sue Freier of Hondo, Texas, passed away March 8, 2006, at the age of 65, in Hondo. She was born October 3, 1940, in Nederland, the daughter of Ivan Isaac & Willie Pearl (Richey) Vincent. Sue Freier was an unselfish person. She made sure everyone else had before she did. Be it clothes, food, a kind word or a big hug. She was an awesome Mother and Wife. She was always there for her family all the way up to her final moments. We will miss her, smile, kindness, sense of humor, and most of all her praise to all she knew. Momma may you dance with joy and laughter forever. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother Michael Ivan Vincent; sister Patsy Jean Vincent. Sue is survived by her husband Lodovico "Vic" Freier of Quihi; daughters Debra Sue Maynard and husband Steve of San Antonio, Patricia Ann Savage of Hondo; sons Randy Yawn and wife Joanne of Blanco, James Michael Yawn and wife Donna of MS, Rick Yawn and wife Sindy of Hondo; daughters Michelle Martinez of Hondo; Suzette Mclowayne and husband Scott of Knippa; 17 grandchildren. The Visitation was from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, March 10, at the Guinn-Horger Funeral Home and the Graveside Service, officiated by Frank Perkins, Minister, was at 2:00 p.m. Saturday March 11, at the Hondo Cemetery, Oakwood Section.
