Mario Reynaldo Reyes of D'Hanis passed away Friday, Jan. 10, 2020, after a brief battle with cancer. He was 66.

Born Oct. 6, 1953, in Hondo, he was the son of Gavino C. and Diamantina Lopez Reyes.

Mario was a graduate of D'Hanis High School. He worked as a tire repairman for Zerr's Garage and C. S & S. Tire Service..

He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Gloria Rodriguez.

He is survived by his brother, Leroy Reyes of Castroville; sisters, Beverly A. Reyes (Henry Guerra) and Kaylee (Jesse Lee) Coronado, both of D'Hanis; nieces and nephews, Dustin and Dillon Reyes, Shannon (Johnny) Muniz, Abby (Ernest) Mejia, Henry Blake (Cindy) Guerra, Justin Coronado and Roddy, Ryan, Michael and R.J. Rodriguez; great-nieces and nephews Keagan and Kaden Muniz, Reilly and Callie Mejia, and Nasi, Dorian and Draven Guerra.

The Rosary will be recited at 9:30 am on Saturday, February 15, 2020 followed by the Memorial Mass. Both services at Holy Cross Catholic Church in D'Hanis, Texas
