Inell also loved to read and frequented the Hondo Public Library. She was well known for her amazing cooking and baking which was enjoyed over the years by her family, friends and the community. Inell was a sports fan and was always ready to cheer on the Hondo Owls or Texas Aggies.

She supported her children, grandchildren and great- grandchildren in all activities they were involved in. Most of her spare time was spent gardening in her yard.
