Maxine Virginia Spivey Muennink passed away on Thursday, August 9, 2007. She was born on March 7, 1922 in San Antonio, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents Jim Dunn Spivey and Hazel Spivey Bartlett, and brother Jimmy L. Spivey. Survivors include her husband Coy W. Muennnink; daughters, Carolyn Virginia Keaton and husband Bill and Patricia Ann Thompson; grandsons, Randy Dresch, Derran Dresch and wife Anna, Michael Wayne Thompson; great-grandson Ryan Dresch; great-graddaughter, Christy Dresch; brother, Clifton Spivey and wife Sofia; sister-in-law Colleen Spivey. Visitation will take place from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 12, 2007 at the Sunset Northwest Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, August 13, 2007 at the Sunset Northwest Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Bert Clayton officiating. Interment will take place at 3:30 p.m. Monday, August 13, at the Yancey Cemetery in Yancey, Texas.
