Michael N. Guthomson, was born Dec. 20, 1945 in the Bronx, NY to Norman and Shirley Guthomson. He passed away Apr. 25, 2012 in San Antonio at the age of 66. Michael spent 49 years in the aviation industry and the last several as a consultant in the custom interiors completion sector both in the United States and internationally. Michael loved building and flying model airplanes and fishing. He was a member of the Alamo Radio Control Society. Survivors include his sons, Brad Guthomson of Bertram and Michael Todd Guthomson of Round Rock; companion, Kathleen Blount of Hondo; siblings, and their spouses, Sharon Graziano of Dallas, Patricia Ford and John of Dallas, Christopher Guthomson and Becky of Virginia Beach, VA, Thea Dauphin and Stephen of Castroville, Lisa Mireles and David of San Antonio, Steven Guthomson and Maria of Boise, ID; grandchildren, Kirstie, Michael and Haley Guthomson, close friends, Ron & Cathy Soret of Castroville, Bill George of San Antonio; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on Saturday, Apr. 28, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be Sunday, Apr. 29, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home, Castroville. Interment will follow at Sabinal Cemetery in Sabinal, TX.
