Michael Rodriguez Treviño of Hondo passed away Thursday, May 7, 2020. He was 44.

Born Nov. 30, 1975, in San Antonio, he was the son of Eduardo and Carmen Rodriguez Treviño.

Michael liked joking around and bringing smiles to others, and he was always willing to help others. He loved his dog, Snowball, and spending time with his kids and grandkids. He enjoyed working on cars and computers and watching Halloween and The Wrath .

He is preceded in death by his parents and a grandson, Poseidon Cardenas.

He is survived by his sons, Jose Louis Treviño (Jessica), Edward Antonio Treviño and Alexander Demetrius Treviño (Kaci Sullivan); daughter, Veyonce Mharia C. Treviño, all of Hondo; step-daughter, Kristina Jay Hernandez; grandchildren, Chelsee, Erin, Charlotte and Castiel Treviño; and brothers, Edward Treviño Jr. and Martin Treviño, both of Hawaii.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
