Nancy Jane Hardt was born August 25, 1929 in Dundee, Texas. She passed away May 13, 2003 in Houston at the age of 73 years 8 months and 18 days. Surviving are her husband: Calvin Pete Hardt; daughter: Terry Lee Sarques and husband George of Washington, DC; son: Kenneth Harper Hardt and wife Angie of Port Lavaca; brother Dan Harper of San Antonio; sister-in-laws: Peggy Hardt of Hondo and Ruth Koehler; grand daughter: Heather Jane Hardt of Tulsa, OK.. The Funeral Service was at 10:00 am on Monday, May 19, at the First United Methodist Church of Hondo. Interment followed at the Hondo Cemetery, Oakwood Section. The casketbearers were Brett Baile, Dan Wilson, Tony Hardt, Barry Graham, Tim Hardt, and Mike Groff.
