Pamela Louise (Crutchfield) Cujko, age 43, went to be with the Lord June 6, 2008. Pamela struggled with bipolarism all her life and memorials may be made to any organization that can help that cause. She was such a loving person. Her love will be there for all of us. She was preceded in death by her two grandfathers one grandmother; and aunt, Marilyn. She will be greatly missed by her father, Jack W. Crutchfield of Huntsville, MO; her mother, Patricia McGuire and husband Richard of Hondo, TX; half-sisters, Stacey and Sarah; step-brother and sisters, Matt, Charity and Suzanne; and all her many friends. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, June 11, at 2 p.m., at First United Methodist Church, Hondo.
