Pauline Marie Scott, age 98, passed away on August 1, 2005 in Hondo, Texas. She was born on June 27, 1907, in D'Hanis, Texas, the daughter of Bernanrd August & Theresa Marie (Nester) Zerr. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Donald William Scott; brothers Lester Zerr, Arnold V. Zerr, Daniel Arthur Zerr, William A. Zerr; sisters Corine R. Koch, Isabel Wall. Pauline is survived by her sons Donald W. Scott, Jr. and wife Carolyn of Cedar Creek, David Allen Scott of D'Hanis; daughter Marilyn Theresa Williams and husband Joe of Austin; 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren; brother Sam J. Zerr of D'Hanis, step-brother Joe Dubray of Yancey. The Rosary was Wednesday August at 7:30 p.m. and the Funeral Mass, officiated by Fr. Wallis Stiles, was at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 4, both services at the Holy Cross Catholic Church in D'Hanis. The Pallbearers were Billy Scott, Trey Scott, Scott Mumme, Ralph Zerr, Lugard Igharo, Robert Bluhm. Honorary Pallbearer was Trenton Scott. The Burial followed at the Holy Cross Cemetery in D'Hanis.
