Pearl Alice Sprenger of Hondo, Texas, passed away July 1, 2004, at the age of 80 years, 12 days. Pearl was born on June 18, 1924, to Sidney & Irene May (Lovelock) Jennings in Oakland, California. She was preceded by her parents; husband: Albert Henry "Tex" Sprenger, Jr.; great grandson: Clayton Ronald Sprenger; brothers: Earl S. Jennings, Ronald E. Jennings. Pearl is survived by her son: Ronald Albert Sprenger and wife Cynthia of Hondo; grandchildren: Ronald Albert Sprenger, Jr. and wife Rhonda of Hondo, Christopher Lee Sprenger of Hondo, Jason Sprenger of South Carolina, Jared Albert Sprenger of Hondo, Tara Ann Sprenger of Hondo; great grandchildren: Jaclynn, Cody, and Chelsea Sprenger of Hondo; brothers: Jack W. Jennings of WA, David P. Jennings of CA, Larry L. Jennings of OR. The Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm Tuesday, July 6, at Guinn-Horger Funeral Home and the Funeral Service will be at 10:00 am Wednesday, July 7, at the St. Paul Lutheran Church. The casketcarriers were: C.E. "Chuck" Martin, Christopher Lee Sprenger, Jared Albert Sprenger, George Koch, Clif Sprenger, Ronalde A. Sprenger, Jr. Interment will follow in Hondo Cemetery, Oakwood Section.
