Ralph Roy Dry

Ralph Roy Dry III of Hondo passed away Saturday, May 9, 2026 in San Antonio, TX. He was 69 years old.

Born June 16, 1956, in Crystal City TX, he graduated from Crystal City High School, received an Associate of Science Degree from Trinity Valley College, a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts & Humanities Degree from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

He was the son of Ralph Roy Dry, Jr. and Pauline Frances Sramek Dry.

Ralph was preceded in death by his parents; stepfathers, Isaac Clayton Lee and Melvin Peters; son, Ralph Roy Dry IV; nephew, John Clayton Dry; brothers, William Ralph Dry and John Paul Dry; and sister, Mary Clayann Lee.

He is survived by his brothers, Roy James Dry, Isaac Clayton Lee, Jr. and Michael Anthony Peters; sisters, Carolina Frances Dry Carroll, Bonnie Lee Landrum, Laurie Lee Lutz, Sharon Peters Villarreal and Margie Nell Peters; nieces and nephews, John Paul Dry II, Paula Jo Dry, Joe Carroll, Chris Carroll, Travis Lee, Jason Lee, Marcie Landrum Howell, Tracy Landrum Dohogne, Ethan Lutz, Cassis Lutz, Beau Villarreal, Cade Villarreal, Shay Villarreal and Bryan Villarreal.

A private service will be held in Vance, TX at the Berry Family Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Hospice or a charity of your choice.
