Regina Alice Bailey of Hondo, Texas, passed away May 26, 2004, at the age of 92 years, 7 months, 4 days. Regina was born on October 22, 1911, to William J. & Alma (Richter) Nester in Yancey, Texas. She was preceded by her parents; husband: James Wilson Bailey; brothers: William J. Nester, Jr., Roland V. Nester, Walter C. Nester; sisters: Laura Windrow, Ethna Russell, Hermina Sittre, Alma Day, Hedwig Strait. She is survived by son: James W. Bailey, Jr. and wife Faye of Goliad; daughter: Maryann Pringle and husband Marion of Hondo; 4 gc, 4 g gc; sister: Willie Jean Nester of Houston; brother-in-law D.V. Day of Hondo. The Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Friday, May 28, at the Guinn-Horger Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 29, at the Guinn-Horger Funeral Home. The Casketcarriers were: Mark Nester, Pete Angermiller, Jimbo Bailey, William J. Strait, John R. Strait, Scottie Krakow. Interment will follow in Hondo Cemetery, Oakwood Section.
